The experience was great at this Restaurant.  They were very kind, and knowledgeable and willing to go over and above to help the customer. They offered a tasting to make certain the customer was totally happy.  It was delicious with just the right amount of heat.  "Just a bit" and flavored well.  Will certainly be going back.

The owner I'm assuming Was Very COOL. VERY SOCIAL AND WARMING. Me and my boyfriend wanted some Creole food since we were tired of the same regular fast food while on the road. MR. J WAS THE SPOT! We were nervous at first, because the place was empty when we showed up, but we're VERY SURPRISED IN THE QUALITY OF FOOD WE GOT. HE MADE SURE WE LEFT HAPPY! His gumbo and jambalaya Was very good Plus HIS SPECIAL SAUCE FOR FISH AND SHRIMP 😄....Good portions, felt like I was Home. A+

Great Po Boy sandwiches.  And authentic New Orleans cuisine.  The service is very caring.

The prices are higher than many surrounding restaurants, but the food is good quality eating.

My wife and I ate here for the first time today.  The food was very flavorful and fresh, and the portions are quite big. The staff was very friendly without being pushy. I recommend J Gumbo's very much!

Great food. I love the Red Hot Chicken. I have now eat here several time now and it is always good. You need to check out this place.
