I love the franchise but the management here is terrible. They don't keep the bathrooms clean anymore, they're rude, more than once I've ordered a brewed coffee and when they were out of decaf I've informed them (when they finally decide to serve me) and I waited 45 MINUTES for them to not bring any decaf out at all. Einstein has my favorite chai. They charge over four dollars for a medium (and have a few times given me a size small and insisted it was medium) and they fill it 3/4 of the way and the rest is foam, and it tastes like just milk. One day I asked 'no foam please, I want my cup full' when I got it it was 3/4 full with a ton of foam. Still tasted like milk so I went back, decided not make an issue of the foam, but asked for a little more chai flavor. She literally picked up a double sided shot glass, filled the small side and put that in my cup. It still tasted like milk. Over $4 for WARM MILK. I'm so disappointed.

I absolutely love Einstein Bagels! They have great coffee and excellent bagel sandwiches. I love turkey on a green chile bagel. I love this location because they have a drive-thru! They always have good friendly service. Not to mention consistency on quality. This is my favorite Einstein Bros in town.

Was there today for lunch and we both had excellent sandwiches. They were hot, very fresh and yummy. The store and bathrooms are actually clean and it was very busy. I do agree on the staffing issues tho. They all seemed a bit harried, and it's not the first time we've seen that there. It won't stop us from going back though. It's a nice reprieve from the usual.

Good food.  Terrible service.  The entire store smelled like burnt bagels.  There were 6 employees in front.  No one told me to not order at the place where you are suppose to place your order.  Einstein's is great but go to another store.

Half off Monday only means you get bagles half off but then gotta buy schemear full price.  So really half off Monday is only save 2 dollars Monday. Talk about bait and switch.  Gotta do it though. And now I go on a regular day and no plain bagels. DO YOU NOT REALIZE SELLING BAGELS IS YOUR BUSINESS? I GAVE YOU 2 STARS NOW YOUR DOWN TO ONE.  THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN 5 TIMES.  YOU SELL BAGELS! MAKE BAGELS! PEOPLE LIKE PLAIN?  HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE MORE PLAIN? SERIOUSLY I'M DONE WITH YOU.  20 DOLLARS FOR BAGELS I DON'T EVEN WANT.  MAKE SOME PLAIN. BAGELS IS YOUR BUSINESS? NO SERIOUSLY THAT'S A QUESTION.  YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED! MAKE this right and I will change my review. Give me a gift card and I'll go where they know how to provide for the customer.  You been here 3  years and all you do is take. What time exactly should I show up for plain bagels?  Sorry to interrupt your party.
