Rio Ranch has a variety of dishes from Southern Comfort to barbecue to Tex Mex. My favorite is grilled-avocado salad. The extras are good iced tea and great desserts! Service is good, never been disappointed!

I had the cowboy ribeye with garlic mashers and buttered corn. The meal came with a dinner roll. The steak was a little on the chewy side but good tasting. I liked the potatoes since they were not overly garlicky and serve with country gravy.
We decided that if we go again we will have to try their texmex or breakfast dishes. They have a dish called divorced eggs that sounds yummy.

The best place in the area for ribs and brisket. All dishes are exceptional. Many claim to be good at bbq here in Kerrville and have won awards for chewy beef.

Great BBQ and great service. Only flaw in entire experience was the black eyed peas lacked seasoning.  Worth getting off of I-10 and finding this gem.
