NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO! Every single time we came they took over an hour and a half to send us to the back and then have us wait another 30 minutes. Today was probably the worst experience we had by far. We made an appointment for 11:30 came in at 11:10 and had us wait in the waiting room till 12:15. Our daughter is an infant and has a discomfort in her mouth. Once the Orthopedic finally came to attend her. He got bother because my daughter didn’t want to open her mouth and started being cranky. He kept telling us not to force her and decided to skip us until she was calm enough. He didn’t even last more then a minute. He seemed like he didn’t even want to bother trying. They ended up referring us to another place shortly after in Coachella. We called the place and they didn’t have appointments till the end of the month. We wasted our whole morning just so they can tell us they weren’t going to attend her. We are now switching Dentist. I’ve never made a review but this experience definetly made me want to write one and share my experience with this place.

Worst experience ever. I went to my appointment at 10am but got in the waiting room at 11am and around 12pm finally the doctor started filling my teeth. I asked them if they could do all three fillings at once and they said NO because of my insurance. I believed them so it took me a a month for get the three fillings done. But then i had trouble biting. I thought it was normal for me not to be able to bite for a week but weeks pass and still had trouble eating. The doctor did the filling to high i understand if she only made one mistake but the three she did were to high. I noticed the doctor not paying attention and focusing in finishing fast. She was just in a hurry and didnt care if she did her job right. She didnt even focus or asked if i was able to bite. I called the office and they said they couldnt do anything because of my insurance once again i believe them. I knew something was wrong so i decided to visit another dentist. And he fixed my problem and i asked them about my imsurance if it was true that i can not get everything done in one day and they said it was not true. That my insurance was fine and everything was covered. So EJ Dentil waisted all my time and now messed up my teeth. So mad that they try blaming the imsurance for there mistakes. I really dont recommend this place and if they made a bad job on me i will never take my son or daughter with them. It was just scary that they acted like they never did nothing wrong and how careless seem.

The wait is forever.... I had an appointment for my son at 10am , we came at around 9:40 doors locked, the girl comes out and tells us that they don't open the doors til 10am even though the business hours posted on the door say they open at 9am! So we left and came back right at 10am, the entire lobby is full not one seat left for not even my small son to sit down, and the clipboard shows people signed in since 9:50am! I was upset! We stood for nearly twenty minutes before someone got up. The dentist was very pushy and telling me that I can't tell my son to "be brave sweetie" he says that I'm scaring him and he doesn't need to be brave and was not paying attention to the work he was doing in my son's mouth, he was more focused on making sure I never said "be brave " to my small son!Smh now my son needs more work done because he didn't do a good job at all and here we are again now to where I thought this was a follow up so I can tell them the dentist messed up on his gums , and it turns out, this is actually a consultation only about him getting braces! Nothing about how his gums are healing! I'm extremely upset and am looking for a new dentist for my children as I'm waiting here in this lobby!

The one in indio sucks!!! They take forever..the site says 9am to 630. The sign on the door says 9am to 630. The voice mail says 9am to 630. And its now 933 am n the only person here is an extern looking lost....very unprofessional. At least in Coachella rhe open on time....just to bad they cant see patients within the appointment times...we can make an appointment at 1030am n maybe been seeing 1130 or so...
