As embarrassing as this is  I cant really remember when was the last time I went to see a dentist. I decided that enough was enough and I needed a check up and decided to try Western Dental in Indio. I was extremely nervous about seeing the dentist after so many years. I was seen right away and met Carlos the X-ray tech. He was quick and gentle throughout the x-ray. When it came to the cleaning Carlos assisted in the procedure. The doctor was extremely fast and very informative. As soon as my cleaning was over Carlos proceeded to explain and helped me with proper dental and hygiene care. My fears of the dentist have vanished. Really looking forward to having more work done!

Went for my recall dr.pasha did my exam and dr.adame did my cleaning, awesome office, wonderful customer care. Ask for Bianca when you go. Bianca explained my treatment and my insurance  thoroughly. Great personalities and awesome smiles! Great job western dental !

This is my first time bringing my kids here. I loved it! Not only is everyone there niceand friendly but I feel Amber went out of her way to make the process easier and less complicated, considering I brought three children to be seen. She was nice , friendly and had a beautiful smile throughout the time I was there. She explained everything that was going on and kept me in the loop.  I am definitely grateful for her help.

Great experience! Dr. Jandali, Jasmin, & Carlos were great!! My 4yr had a crown and a tooth pulled 2 days ago and while I was standing to the sude through the procedure they kept me in the loop every step of the way and Dr. made sure I was okay with everything she was doing. My daughter was having a hard time adjusting but Dr. Jandali worked her nice magic and gained my daughters trust, she even let my daughter pick the type of music she wanted to listen to just to make her feel comfortable. Very Patient & straight forward  👍🏽👍🏽 
Jasmin & Carlos were so very helpful, patient and Communicated things very thoroughly. Our appointment was prompt and handled quickly despite my daughter being uncooperative at times. Thanks so much for the nice work Western Dental team!! I will be returning and recommending my family and friends as well.

Worst dental office I have ever been to. My son's appointment was supposed to be 2:45 and it's now 5 and he is finally getting his teeth cleaned. Every time we would ask what was taking so long they would say my son was next. Everyone kept getting called besides my son. The staff in the back were very friendly and I know it wasn't their fault for the issue but when I talked to the lady who seemed to be running the front she didn't seem to care about the issue what so ever. Never once apologizes or let us know what the issue was. I am never one to complain easily but I am so upset after leaving I had to leave a review. I do not recommend this place, not one bit.  NEVER GOING BACK.
