Food was great. Plenty of variety. Buffet style display. Options include starters, main course, dessert, and tea or coffee. Vegetarian dishes available as well. If you inquire a different dish not included in the buffet, you can just check out the menu. Price for the buffet is amazing especially if you're on a budget or if you're dining out with a large family. One price for lunch and one price for dinner. Staff was welcoming and attentive to customers. Paid-metered street parking available in front of the restaurant. 
Ekta is recommended on your next adventure especially if you are in the University City area. Bon Appétit!

The buffet was pretty good, service could be better but they do at least try. Decent vegan selection, no vegan desserts though. Still enjoyed myself there. Went on Christmas Eve cause I didn't feel like cooking! Lol Had a pleasant meal in a pleasant atmosphere.

A Nice Place to Enjoy a Different Type Food from a Different Culture & from Nice persons. No Parking except Metered Parking; except above the supermarket. It's right next to Papa John's & across the street from DD; McDonald's & Fresh Grocer supermarket. Not very Many Selections; but It's comfortable & they Give Discounts to Students. The Foid is Tasty & that Do Have Lunch & Dinner All You Can Eat & menued meals as well if you Don't Want the all you can eat.

This place is a rip off. They charge you $16 a person for parties of 6 or more. On the door it’s advertised as 12.99 a person for the dinner buffet. Not only that but they don’t accept student ids for discounts only on parties of 6 of more. Then they gave us attitude that we wanted to pay individually. The food was good but not worth it for the price. You can go to Sitar down the street and pay $11 for the same thing.

Far, far, far improved over the old Tandoori Grille. MUCH better food, service, even the chai is better. The new owners are doing a commendable job.
