Sitar is my favorite Indian food restaurant. I usually just get delivery, but this past weekend I went to the buffet twice and was delighted. The room is pretty small and very popular- but not overly packed. The buffet is all you can eat- I had two plates each time. The staff promptly takes away used plates and refills water, and all the food is hot and fresh. Also, the samosas are amazing!!

Great Indian buffet that is under 10 if you use both the student and cash discount. Love their samosas and vegetable dishes. All dishes are labeled clearly whether they are vegetarian/vegan. Chai is always provided. Be prepared to wait for the lunch rush during the week.

The buffet is great. Delicious with lots of variety. Fresh food. The samosas are outstanding. I've also ordered take out. Also delicious.

I discovered this place back in the golden days (aka 11 years ago) when I was in college. It was an attractive option back then because we got 10% off with our student IDs which they still honor to this day. Nothing has changed since then. The food is superb and it's an AYCE buffet- what's not to love about that? They have a good assortment of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I love finishing off my meal with the coconut rice pudding.

It's always a delight to eat the wonderful buffet. The unlimited mango juice is a deal maker. Take a fine bottle of wine and sit in the window. Enjoy the urban landscape!
