Beware of this place especially if you're paying with a card. We ordered 4 tacos, 1 torta and a small horchata. They charged our card close to $3,000. That's right $3k. When the total was $20.91. They told us to take the receipts in person. My mother went and she was basically acussed of counterfeiting a fake receipt that just so happens is identical to theirs. The manager or whoever the man was, gave my mom a difficult time and basically made her out to look like a thief when all she wanted was her money back. After a long discussion and the man telling my mom he was "going to check his cameras" he gave my mom her money back. We love the food here but will never come back. Had they simply apologized we would have been fine and returned but the fact that they treated my mother like a liar, that's horrible customer service. The cashier clearly needs better training so check your receipts folks!

Food is good, but cashier is rude af, ask her for hot sauce for tacos. Charged me. Refused to give me sauce. Culera!!!

I wasn't happy at all with the service. A waitress was taking care of every table near us but ours. Not one waitress came to our table to offer us drinks or take our order. We had to ask a bus boy if he could find someone. After our order was taken we didn't get checked on for refills or if anything else was needed. We waited for the check but again I had to get up to find someone and ask for our check. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE WAITRESSES NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT GUESTS.

Highly recommended the "Parillada". Only time I had an issue was new years day. So many Catering orders they couldn't keep up. Other wise great service and food.

My son went to eat here yesterday and he told me the waiter was very impolite brought them the wrong food , had a bad temper, and when she was told she has a bad attitude. When asked for the manager, they didn't even know his name. I'm going back to complain today. How rud.
