I had the buffalo flat bread pizza appetizer as a meal along with a few glasses of wine during their happy hour special. The pizza tasted great and was a good size. Waitress was kind and not pushy. Not sure if it was just the day I went but the crowd there was all older folk. My GF and I were the youngest there (late 20's). Would return for their happy hour next time I'm in Arizona.

We have visited the Scottsdale area the past 2 years and this has been a stop for us both times. The food is FANTASTIC and the ambience is superb. I have a food allergy, and you are always so helpful and accommodating. Look forward to seeing you in a few weeks during our Spring Break. Our son is going to LOVE your menu!

A pleasant evening in a relaxing atmosphere.  We visited during restaurant week.  My wife and I both considered the tasting menu but in the end ordered from the regular menu.  We shared the Tomato and Buratta Salad to start which was outstanding.  The restaurant served us on separate plates with a generous portion.  For our main course she had the Fire Roasted Tequila Shrimp which were good and I had the Niman Ranch Pork Tenderloin which was an interesting sweet savory dish.  Of the two I think I enjoyed her shrimp more. We shared the Brownie Sunday while not the most original creation was delicious.

The service was good, the drinks were good and the meal outside was very pleasant.  I'm not sure if we'd come back as a couple just due to the drive but it is a place that we'd consider entertaining clients at in the future.

Has a good atmosphere. The foods here prepared properly. It will make you forget that you're on a diet..

I used to frequent El Charro Lodge when I lived in Arizona 17 years ago. The new owners have done a great job of remodeling while retaining the old charm.  The food and service are wonderful! I especially enjoy chatting with the bar manager, Tracy.
