What a magical experience. I am so surprised by the previous comments regarding poor service as that was not our experience at all. We had a 5:30pm reservation and due to the rain and traffic, we were running late. We called to let the hostesses know and they were beyond understanding and accommodating. Everyone we came in contact with from the valet to our server, Daniel (who was just awesome!) was so friendly and efficient. The food was incredible. It was a bit pricey, but honestly - worth every cent. We ordered the Valentine's menu and each course was superb. Even our pre-dinner cocktail was unique and delicious. If you have an occasion to celebrate or just want to treat yourself to a wonderful dining experience - I highly recommend Hearth '61!

What a pleasant surprise! We stayed at the Mountain Shadows resort for three nights, and we usually dine at the resort restaurants only on the arrival night, none so far merited the return visit. Not so with Hearth 61! Our meal on first night was great, the staff was attentive, especially Rafael, the "assistant waiter" as he introduced himself. The grilled bread with pesto was delicious, the prawn ceviche was perfect, the Yankee Pot Roast was fork-tender. We returned again, on another night, had different dishes, and again, everything was tasty. We had breakfast on all three mornings and everything was great too. Gorgeous views, too!

My fiancé and I tried this restaurant recently during our stay at Mountain Shadows and WOW!!! I can honestly say this was the best meal either of us has ever had. From the appetizers to the entree, we were in food heaven. We loved the service and had such a wonderful meal experience. Thank you guys!!!
