I'm a local and El Dorado Cantina is one of my go-to spots.  Open 24 hours with great drinks, friendly bartenders and plenty of parking. 

The food is "off the charts" good.  Outstanding Mexican cuisine. Outstanding! 

And don't be put-off by the strip club next door.  Separate establishments.

This is by FAR the BEST Mexican food I have ever had in Vegas. I can't believe I didn't know it existed when I lived there! We came to eat on a Saturday night around 6PM and even though they were booked with reservations, we were able to snag a seat at the bar. The house made salsas they brought out were delicious - as was the pitcher of house made margaritas. We checked in on YELP and got a complimentary flan. One of my dining partners said the churros were one of the best things he has EVER eaten. Highly recommend coming here!

Great Mexican food! Extremely authentic, and for September and October they have a special menu to celebrate Mexican Independence! It's a little on the pricey side where a special dish is $20 but the portions are good. Good and varied selection of margaritas and I was pleasantly surprised to see they have good quality liquor too. Good bang for your buck in general. You will leave satisfied, just remember if you are looking for good street tacos order the Cochinita Pibil or go elsewhere.

Amazing authentic Mexican food! Service was friendly,fast and fun! Juan (our server) made our whole experience over the top! I'll be coming back the next time in Vegas!

The food and service is excellent.  We had a very attentive waitress that took the time to make sure we enjoyed our food, and was completely satisfied. .. would return.
