Awesome experience! I've bought all of my furniture at this location. Best quality and prices around hands down. Great staff. Always ask for Mrs. Patricia very courteous, experienced and knowledgeable about the furniture regarding materials, quality and value. Definitely will continue to shop here.

My salesperson was Fernando Bayas, who was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He made our experience at El Dorado a very pleasant one. He would be our salesperson for future purchases at this location for sure.

The furniture at this store is beautiful and the prices are really good for the quality and appearance of the items. One of the employees, Patty, has gone above and beyond as an employee by exceeding my expectations. I have ordered many items from her, and she went out of her way to come to my apartment in order to see how all of the items look and help me decide what else I need. Also, I love how the employees greet me with smiles and walk me out to the front when I leave. I am very impressed with my experiences here.

I had a outstanding customer service from Dora. This lady was very professional and nice. She took her time showing me the dining tables and the bedroom set.  Definitely if I need anything else from Dorado she is the only we will ask for .

I like their furniture and the different designs that they offer.  But their delivery and pick up service for the furniture is atrocious.  I have tried both different ways.  If you get the items delivered the gentlemen are never on time and then leave marks on the furniture because their hands are dirty.  I bought white leather furniture so of course I don't want stains.  The second time I picked up the white chairs myself and the chairs were not assembled and missing screws, bolts, etc.  They tried to give us hardware for a different chair, but when you paying over $200 per chair you expect for it to come with the hardware.  Buyer beware.
