TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL.  Not happy at all with this company.  I hope That they resolve my issue.  I ordered 6k worth of furniture and it still is not correct.  First they brought the  dining set out in the buffet was damaged. They rescheduled right away to send another one out for next weekend. Next weekend came in they delivered our other kitchen furniture but they did not bring the buffet as promised. They did not call to let us know that it was canceled and as a matter fact they couldn’t even close the kitchen order because the whole order was canceled after they had put on the truck the night before.  At that point say when I called they told me that they had took it off the truck because of quality issues. I don’t believe that story because they did not call me before.  The manager Edwardo was suppose to call me back by Tuesday and he did not.  I called Him on Tuesday and he remembered my case and gave me some excuses why he didn’t call.  He set up another delivery for this Saturday.  This Saturday came  and by 11 o’clock nobody has showed. This was after receiving for confirmation three via text message and one via phone call. When I called they did not have an answer for me.  Again they told me that the buffet was removed off the truck and they don’t know why maybe for Quality concern reasons.  At this point I’ve wasted two Saturdays waiting for furniture that has an appearance they now only have four of these buffets left in their warehouse last week they had 10 and I still do not have an answer from the management on what they’re going to do to fix this. At this point I would never buy from El Dorado furniture.

Excellent presentation, good sales representatives, but abysmal financial options. I offered to bring in a cashier's check for the outstanding balance, and was informed that it would take 7-10 days to clear. However, cash was acceptable. In other words, they were telling me to bring $5000 cash on my person. The whole transaction rule screams shady, and they obviously subcontract their delivery people. I am alarmed that I sought a line of credit with them, because now, I believe I will be the target of identity theft.

If you go to El Dorado Furniture, I highly recommend bringing your own payment method. These guys won't help you.

Bought chairs just under 2 years ago, also bought the extended insurance which was promised by the salesperson will cover everything, you have nothing to worry about. Been fighting with insurance for the last 6 month, they do not want to cover the damage, when trying to get help and going back to El-Dorado, was greeted by a manager who seemed nice and promised to help (Mr. Simons) emailed him on 11/26 and never heard back (we are in Dec 8). So if you want crappy merchandise with worthless insurance and ignored by managers once you leave with your furniture, this is the place for you. The sad part is that I have been a client for years, and they just lost me forever. Attached are photos of what you can expect your furniture to look like (it's 4 different chairs not the same one).

Update:

So apparently an "Acceptable" resolution from El-Dorado is after you buy furniture, and supplemental insurance, and the furniture is damaged because of bad craftsmanship (hence insurance will deny your claim), they will offer you an unspecified "Discount" for the purchase of new chairs!! What a joke.

I will keep updating this

1/8/18 - So a few days ago we got a call from the store manager, letting us know that they will replace the chairs to new ones. I am still waiting for the transaction to be completed before closing this review, but happy they are trying to make things correct.

1/24/18 - We went to the stores selected new chairs (these were no longer available) and got a full refund for the chairs. The manager was very nice, and  my only regret is that it had to come to social media to get things going. They did however solve this issue, and the new chairs look great.

A diverse furniture store, more modern but excellent quality. They do however have a traditional room if your looking to go that way.once again quality.I have made two purchases from them and couldn't be happier. Sales people don't harass you but they introduce themselves and direct you. If you need them every step of the way they will do that as well, but they will also let you look and check with you in what I feel is the perfect amount of time.

Bought a floor sample bed set for an amazing price. The place is beautifully decorated. I went to numerous stores and El Dorado definitely looks the best inside. They also have really nice art pieces.
