Sales associates are very friendly and accommodating. Store has a large selection of furniture and room accessories. When we were ready to make our purchase our associate was extremely helpful when we needed to add 2 area rugs. He walked the entire showroom with us until we found the right texture, design and color.

I have the pleasure to have Christopher as the salesman and he was wonderful. He is very smart, first he listens to what you're looking for and then based on what you like he gives you additional recommendations. He's not pushy just knowledgeable and looking to give you the best honest advice and ways to save you money.

Ordered a mattress from here to be delivered on a Wednesday. No show/No call. I stayed home the entire day waiting. They called to drop it off Thursday morning. I said I could be home in 20 minutes. He said to call the store. So now I have to wait till Monday the earliest.  It’s very inconvenient that they don’t give you a timeframe on when they will be delivering.  They expect you to stay home all day waiting for them and then don’t show up on the day they say they’re coming. I will not be buying from this location again or any rooms to go for that matter.

Rooms to Go offered a wonderful array of options in helping us select furniture for our new home. Brian, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of all various products. He was patient, understanding and available. Excellent shopping experience.

Over priced furniture. But there delivery is second to none. They are careful, courteous and really fast with setting up.
If you have extra money to spend on furniture id suggest going here.
