The maintenance is awful. Our front porch was out, as in my husband fell through it, for 3months before they replaced it. It did get replaced though so...kudos. 
Now I have been waiting 6months for them to fix/replace the back porch. If I stand against the banister...it shifts about 6 inches over and I know if I lean on it...it is going to take me with it. 

And now...we have not had our A/C replaced since it caught fire and that's been two weeks ago. They did bring us one window unit. My husband got into an arguement with the maintenance man over it because they said I refused them access. ...to replace our A/C...in Texas. Really? 

I'm disabled and it takes me a long time to get to the door sometimes. And...Sometimes I can't hear it at all. However,  last I checked we had two doors. I am in our bedroom in bed 85% of the time. The BACK door is right by our bedroom. Just knock. 

Get a clue people. 

It's almost like they aren't equipped to handle the disabled. If you can't hear, walk or jump when they say to....then you can't live here and be treated with respect. They do not care, at all, that I can't get around. I hope they never have to deal with my disabilities or pain because Karma is a...well, anyway. 

Vanessa is sweet and helpful and does the best with what she has to work with. As for Whitney the manager, and I use that title loosely, well, she isn't and doesn't...is the nicest way I can put it. Her and the maintenance man should manage one family. That's about all they are equipped to handle and be able to stay professional, kind and honest.

Couldn't live so close to everyone. Very crowded but the homes were nice for them to be mobile homes.

Very nice park.. Visited family for the day.. Not use to the closeness of homes. It was very clean too.

It's a decent, clean trailer community with lots of families and children who play together all over the community.

If you live in the back you can do whatever you want like leave broken down vehicles in the street have trailers 3 wheelers play your music so loud it wakes your kids up
