It's a run-down hole-in-the-wall place with really fantastic food. The best Mexican food this side of Mexico. Very polite and prompt service. Good prices and plenty of selection. They even make their own fruit punch. How many places do that anymore?

Very good dinner. The portions are hearty and the menu was a bit different from the other Mexican restaurants in the area. The green salsa is very spicy but has a great flavor, it reminds me of La Hacienda in Conway. The service was adequate but on our last visit it took way too long to get our food. It was a Friday night and it wasn't very crowded so I'm not sure what was going on, and no explanation was offered by the staff. Moderate to inexpensive place to eat that's worth trying.

We have been eating Mexican in Searcy and nearly everywhere we go for years. When El Paraiso Alcapulco opened, we went for dinner. We have never looked back. Their food is authentic, the beans are the best I have EVER had, food is always fresh and hot, prices are excellent, service is personal and fast!  I just can't say enough good about them. I love their 17B for lunch-similar to fajitas. It is a family favorite!  I had their chalupas today. They are exactly like ones I had in Mexico...delicious!
