My visit was for first-appearance traffic court and everyone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! Security was professional and thanked me for returning the tubs I used (which the sign says you are supposed to do).

Check-in really helped me and I want to thank them.  My cat was quite sick and the only appt for him conflicted with my court time. I called and they gave me extra time so I could drop him at the vet's first. Because I arrived late, after the last group before lunch had already watched the required instructional video, it was set up again just for me to watch! Afterward they assured me the wait wouldn't be long and it wasn't. I was shown nothing but kindness and consideration by professional and classy ladies.

When I met with the ADA I was able to show proof of insurance for the present day and the ticket date, so he just stressed how important having insurance is (with which I strongly agree!), thanked me for my time and trouble, and I was free to go. He was such a gentleman. 

People with a positive experience  (I know you are out there) please submit a review. There are truly good people working here.

1st appearance center was super efficient. In and out of there within 5 min.  Thanks for not wasting our time unnecessarily.  No complaints except I didn't get hard copy proof of dismissal.

You had better pray to GOD you never have to come here for anything, especially to room 101 where customer service is located. I have been to practically many parts of the world during my time in the military service , and have never been treated with such contempt and disrespect. These employees have apparently forgotten who they work for, and that's the taxpayer. They have also apparently forgotten that their mission is to serve the public with dignity and respect. I wasted a lot of time and money at this courthouse, which is by far the worst I have ever seen. I could have never gotten away with treating people like this when I was on active duty in the Army, and it's a disgrace. No need to complain, because your complaint will fall on deaf ears and you will be the cause of the problem. From what I have seen, based on my own personal experiences at this courthouse, and many of the comments I have read on this review, nothing will change.

Facists. If you are a good person trying to live without being exploited, they hate you. The thin blue line is a terrorist group and the courts protect and facilitate their racist fascism. Judges will actively ignore you if someone else has a bigger pocket book. These monsters are gold diggers and are the slave patrol. Fubar.. They make a living exploiting vulnerable and disabled people.

Go in, Here's my case number, need to clean my remaining balance. ive done this 3 times and have the receipts, but they keep telling me i owe 25/35 dollars. Receipts were dismissed... Corrupt crooked ass system.
