I began physical therapy for my knee with Dr. David Middaugh & have been pleased with his care, his thoroughness, and that the treatment immediately helped relieve some pain. He was very careful in how he handled my knee, taking the time to fully explain my condition & the treatment before doing anything. He also gave me some helpful home exercises which have helped me very much. We're on the road to recovery, and I'm glad he's guiding me along so well!

David Middaugh is an excellent physical therapist, likely one of the best you will encounter, and I do not say that lightly. I have seen 5 physical therapists over the past 8 years for various physical issues including knee, hip, shoulder, and nerve pain. Of them all, I received the most personalized, in-depth, and capable care from David. I recently finished a 7-month physical therapy treatment with another therapist. Following that treatment, I still had serious pain in my shoulder. I visited David, and after 2 hours of a thorough body assessment, he immediately found a serious issue that my previous physical therapist had missed (weak upper trap muscles). His recommended exercises have relieved my pain, and strengthened my muscles to prevent continued pain. David is a particularly capable therapist because he is intelligent and talented, but also cares about you as a person, rather than a medical case. He explains well and thoroughly to you what is going on in your body. Before establishing his own practice, he advocated for NOT rotating patients between different therapists in order to provide thorough, attentive care. Another aspect I really appreciate about David is that he keeps up will current research to provide the most informed assessment and treatment possible – he completed his doctorate physical therapy studies at a well-respected research program in physical therapy (Texas State University), and has continued a special residency to enhance his skills because of his passion for physical therapy and people. You will cannot go wrong with David!

I had bad plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. David helped me correct both in a very short time and gave me the tools to remain symptom free in the future. I have had almost no pain in months and am extremely active almost every day. Thank you David!
