At El Paso’s Bakery we offer an assortment of pastries, cakes, breads, and traditional “pan dulce” or sweet bread. We take great pride in keeping the tradition of “pan dulce” alive using family recipes and baking our bread in adobe brick ovens.

In addition to our assortment of Mexican pastries, baklavas, cakes, and eclairs, we also have a deli. Enjoy our homemade flour tortillas, menudo, brisket, and breakfast tacos. Everything at El Paso’s Bakery is made fresh from scratch with no added chemicals or preservatives.

Very good apple fritters, big in size, great taste. I go there at 7 AM and the other breads I have tried do not have that just baked this morning texture. Good customer service though or should I say dough in this case 😁. Oh yeah, their bizcochos are pretty good too. Plenty of parking at 7AM. Remember there you grab a tray and tongs to serve yourself. As soon as you get to the register one will stop what they are doing and ring you up.

Ordered a custom cake at 9am. Was told the cake  would be ready at 4pm (could have had it earlier, but 4 was the best time for me). Cake showed up at 4:02pm and it looks awesome! Great job and I will be going back again. Thanks Ray!

About a month ago I picked up a cake that my wife ordered about two months in advanced for my lil one. When she ordered the cake, the cashier asked us to send them a picture of the cake so they could make it "exactly like it was" (even on receipt it stated "same as picture") The cake cost us $120 so we were thinking we were getting what we ordered. The day of the party we picked up the cake and found out it was nothing like the cake we sent them. The lady in charge at that time said she couldn't do anything about it. We waited 4 hours to get a hold of the owner, Raymond Olivas, and he never answered. It is sad to think that they would continue doing this to other customers. If you are getting a cake for your special occasion, and you want exactly what you're ordering, don't get it from here.

Bread here has been good but prices are going up. Not as good as El Paso's favorite bakery BB.

While I don't mind the serve yourself service it seems a little cramped but not to bad. Great tasting bread though!!
