We have been season pass holders for the last 4 years. We go a few times a year and love the perks of getting into other Zoo's and Aquariums at a discount. We were there last Sunday and all I can say is kudos to you El Paso Zoo. The growth and changes are fabulous and we were pleasantly surprised with the bird show! Stephanie did a fabulous job!!! Keep up the good work you guys are definitely on the right track!!

I would say a no star when we were growing up the El Paso Zoo was trendy. The times have changed different cultures and budgets have hindered this zoo. The influx of different residents can not even keep this zoo alive. The price is outrageous and the animals with time have dwindled. I donated some owls that were caught locally in El Paso and the vetenarians were real helpful. The owls seem to have made it and they are beautiful. It is too bad that there is no money pumped into this zoo and it seems as though there is nothing to look at. The only thing going good for this zoo is the school field trips, maybe someone in the future can save this zoo. Shame on El Paso.

Great zoo!!! Several different animal shows and interactions. Good admission price. Fun splash pad for kids and tree slide play area. Lots of animals. Plus free parking.

The El Paso Zoo is a great place for the whole family. It has lots of interesting animal exhibits, a phenomenal bird show, and you can't beat the treehouse style playground and splash pad for the kids. There are also lots of beautifully landscaped plants and flowers, which is rare in the desert. A few of the must see animals are: lions, giraffes, giant tortoises, sea lions, and the noisy hornbills. They have a cafe, though I've never tried it out, and a gift shop. There are several bathrooms located throughout the zoo. We always opt for the annual family pass. $120 gets two parents, five kids, and an adult guest in free every time you visit.

Sad sad place animals are horribly taken care of very thin and the goats and sheep are matted and misrable for the price you would think they would care for the animals with more care, would not recommend this place to any one and the animals don't even come out to be seen these people who own this place should be ashamed of themselves, this place needs to be turned into business affairs, and better business bureau I'll be sending letters for sure starting tomorrow. The owner claims they are sorry to the customers months ago yet it seems nothing has changed but they take your money knowing the animals cannot be seen seems a little shady.
