If I could put negative stars I would. I just received my food, it wasn't edible at all. Every piece of the tacos I had was burnt. IF THATS HOW YA'LL ARE SERVING CUSTOMERS!  I will never eat here again being my first time trying it. First impression is everything. I would never try any El Pollo Loco ever again.

My first time trying this place. They forgot both cups of comsomé dip, this "side of chips  and salsa" was 4 whole chips and 3 broken pieces and the salsa was a cup of diced tomatoes. The brisket was dry which I guess I wouldn't have noticed had I gotten the dip for it. Very disappointed .

So disappointed! I've been here a couple of times and got the nachos combo and it was great. This time I went, the lady at the window seemed exasperated. Also when I got my taco bowl the guacamole looked suspect, the chicken was so dried out that it was crunchy, and the Pico de gallo they gave me was suspect and tasted funny. I had to stop and get another meal because I was so hungry.

The encounter I had with the "Manager" Grace/Gracie this evening was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL that I have ever had with anyone in customer service. Not only did this ill-mannered being slam the drive thru window in my face, she had the gall to play stupid and ask me why I wanted a refund, in front of other customers when I went inside to ask for the refund.  This person had an attitude from the time she took my order which she claim that she didn't to me reminding her 3 times about my drink and queso that I ordered at the intercom of the drive  thru which she claimed that I didn't.  Oh and FYI, the reason that she abruptly shut the drive thru window on me is because when I asked who the manager was, she said, "Me" and I politely offered her a piece of advice and told her that if she didn't want to work in customer service, she should find something else to do.  I don't know who the actual manager of this location is, but please step up with the staffing of your establishment.  FYI....that picture below is a LARGE queso, which was given to me because "I didn't order one".

Absolute $hit from being stuck in the drive thru for 45 to see photo my food. That is what you get for almost $10. Get to window and manager I assume was yelling at people, tensions were high,  accidentally  dumped a bag over and made no attempt to clean up the mess. The window girl was cleaning it up. If I weren’t starving I would have parked and asked for a refund. Save yourself some time and money.  First and last time.

El Pollo Loco is a hidden gem whose presence might have been hidden by the avalanche of ads by the KFCs and Popeyes of the world. This on the bone fire grilled chicken. You can order any combination of chicken pieces. It’s categorized as ‘fast food’ but don’t be fooled. Yes, it’s served quickly. However, this is a tasty and filling meal. Depending on your appetite- you have a choice of two pieces or as many as half a chicken. Sides includes beans, rice, Mac & cheese or a size salad. Ultimately for $10-13 dollars you can get a filling and well balanced meal. The chicken is seasoned but not spicy. I highly suggest El Pollo Loco if you are in the mood for chicken that’s not fried.

Delicious Chicken, Great sides. Love coming here to grab dinner for my family, but it gets pricey. That's the only reason why I don't come here all that much. Another thing is, we've had salons and bars open for months now, Why for some reason the doors to El Pollo Loco are still closed to the public. You can only go through the drive-thru. I love coming in and ordering my food inside, where you can see the food being made. But I can't. :::UPDATE::: they're letting ppl in now, but they're door seems to be broken and I've been there twice until the last month. Get it fixed already.

To the short white older manager who manages the El Pollo Loco in humble: for someone who makes $14 an hour, you should really watch the way you talk to your employees ESPECIALLY in front of customers. Sad people like her become managers and think they can degrade and dehumanize their employees. I sat in the lobby and listened to this woman berate her line cook over his schedule for a good 30 minutes. You do not have any power, you are just a manager of a fast food place that no one knows. No one deserves to have anyone talk to them, especially a manager like you. I hope everyone quits and leaves you jobless. Be FOR REAL. Other than the bully manager, the food was good and the staff was great.

Better quality food than most fast food establishments. Priced high for chicken, beans and tortillas, but still better than a McDonald's. Staff was not so friendly, but its understandable as most aren't being paid an adequate wage.<b>Food</b>: 5/5

I ordered the 8 piece family meal and it came with a mix of 4 legs and 4 thighs and the legs were small really small not enough to feed 4 as it said.<b>Food</b>: 2/5
