SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE! Just moved here from Austin TX and have been looking for some good Mexican food which is impossible to find in Boston. But this place is the real deal! You have to try it! I got the queso dip without shrimp (amazing), the enchiladas trio (incredible mole sauce, very well made), and the fried ice cream for dessert (to die for, seriously). This is a must see!

Food and prices are decent. One hangup is that the music is too loud sometimes and while I've visited this restaurant several times, service varies from good to really bad. Wait staff took a half hr to bring us re-heated food on my last visit. We ended up getting up to pay as the waitress never came back.  NOT optimal for business or family lunches/dinners.  Otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

The food was delicious. Definitely among the better Mexican places in Boston. The decor is also awesome.

I didn't expect much when walking in here for the first time. Boston isn't known for its Mexican food so I had my expectations low. The food itself is not great but good enough. Everything from there went uphill in the best way, starting from the strong margarita I got that tasted like half tequila. While I was enjoying my food, their live DJ was playing classic hits like the Top Gun soundtrack with videos to match. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, people started walking around the restaurant singing karaoke.
If you want a nice and quaint meal this place isn't for you. If you want to eat decent Mexican food while a party is going on all around you, this place is great.

By far the best Tex-Mex I've found anywhere in Boston. It matches the two requirements for an authentic Tex-Mex place: there's a bowl of free chips on the table within a minute you of sitting down, and when the food arrives it's served on big oval plates where you can't see the plate because it's covered in food. The decor is also gorgeous (Mexican-style paintings covered the walls and chair backs).
