If I could rate a 3.5 I would but it is better than a 3. Food was good but not super hot. Normally when visiting Mexican restaurants, when they bring you food they indicate the plate is super hot. That was not the case here. The salsa bar needed help as well. Somewhat under staffed.
I love the enchiladas here! They are hard to beat! I'm sure the rest of the menu is great too but I like the enchiladas so much I've never actually ordered anything else lol! I took a star off of the service because sometimes there's not anyone that speaks fluent English which makes ordering difficult if you want anything that isn't a number. They also don't give order numbers so you have to stay nearby and wait for someone to announce what you ordered with a hard to understand accent. Usually I just look at what they set out when they call it out. It's really not a big deal and the food more than makes up for it! Vegetarian options: Most Mexican restaurants have vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: It's in the mall and directly across from the arcade. They also have kids meals. Parking: It's in the mall so there's more parking than you can imagine. Wheelchair accessibility: Again, it's in the mall. There are many handicap parking spots, multiple ramps by entrances, wide wheelchair accessible doors, push button automatic operating doors and handicap bathrooms as well. I'm not an expert but I can't imagine a more wheelchair friendly location.
We love El Rodeo! Such great food, friendly staff, and the owner routinely sends employees to our local food safety training that we offer. I can't say enough good things about El Rodeo. We love them.
listen i’m not religious but i swear on my life i just saw jesus. my hand was balled into a fist my toes were curling i’ve never had any mexican food that wasn’t extremely white and i’m telling you. this was the best food i’ve had in my life. i hope they become rich. i hope they win awards. i hope they surpass gordon ramsay. i’ve experienced pure euphoria just from a meal. if i could rate it 10 stars i would. my eyes were rolling back. absolutely phenomenal. my little white life has been changed. 1000009990999990049845848839394/10
Really delicious and fast! So much better than normal food court fare! The tongue tacos are awesome!

El Rodeo first of all just has amazing food, but they also catered my wedding and were amazing! Sergio was our contact and he was easy to work with and had great recommendations for us. We did the pickup option and it worked great. Everything was on time and very tasty and cost effective too!
Really great authentic food, the go too is the macho burrito. Nothing but awesome food through the entire menu. Staff is always friendly and love to support this growing business!
