I try to give food service workers the benefit of the doubt when things aren’t exceptional, but this Chipotle has a clear pattern of sub-par service and a clear absence of leadership from management. The portions we’ve received each time we’ve eaten here have been wimpy at best; I paid $10 for the half-full bowl in the photos attached. The staff couldn’t be bothered to help the line that was flowing out of the door and were more interested in doing prep work while the toppings on the bar were full. I hate that this is the only Chipotle in town because it’s regularly disappointing. Avoid going at all costs.
Terrible service!!! This started out as an UBER eats order pic where the bowl was only half full and several ordered ingredients were missing. We drove to the location that we ordered from. When we showed the lady on the line our issue, she laughed and proceeded to blame it on a “rush they had that required the cooks to fulfill orders” after asking for our total order to be remade, several of the men working there were asking me why I didn’t just eat my bowl, I told them I wasn’t going to eat while my girlfriend’s order was wrong. They mockingly suggested to me that’s what they would have done. Our food was terribly remade with nothing but attitude from the staff, even the employees in the back were giving us a hard time about our issue/presence.. I highly discourage anyone from going to this location. Chipotle is a great establishment but this location needs some serious reconfiguration. Hopefully management will pay attention to these reviews.
I paid 30$ tonight for no chips, guacamole that was disgustingly brown, and forgotten ingredients in both of the items that we got. Normally this chipotle is pretty good, but I’ve honestly gotten something different every time I’ve gone here. I had to use old guacamole I had at home for my bowl because the stuff I received was inedible.
I love Chipotle but this is the worst chiptole Ive ever been to. They’re out of everything, bad portions and it’s dirty. Their chicken and steak tastes nothing like any other Chiptole that you would normally taste. Also found some surprises in my queso.
This is the worst chipotle ever, I’m surprised how they’re still in business. I don’t understand why they make you go to the restaurant and use a barcode to order your food when you’re already there in person. On top of that, they can’t even get the order correct. I called the restaurant to let them know that my burrito didn’t have the meat I PAID for in a genuine concern matter & the girl who answered said she was the one that made my burrito and “remembers” she did, but it was a very dry conversation and she didn’t even bother apologizing. I’m pretty chill about mistakes & as a server I have my moments where I made a mistake on an order, but it’s irritating when the employee has the worst attitude about it. This place needs to close down for good, they’re always missing specific ingredients that you look forward into getting when you go to a chipotle and the staff at this point sucks.
I am from AZ and have experienced a regular on time not lazy staff which should be expected at a fast casual restaurant. This is the worst establishment I have been to in Montana. I tried ordering chipotle on 3 separate occasions all times saying they didn’t offer it at this time when google stated they were open. I have tried visiting the establishment twice when they said they were opened at 10:30 then get faced with a piece of paper saying they will open at 3 not on a holiday? I am convinced management is run by a child or is a drunk who decides to open when he’s not hungover. This is more of a food truck that has a 20% chance of being open than a restaurant. I recommend going to nearby establishment like Panda Express that has always been my backup when chipotle constantly lets me down.
Attention parents with little ones in diapers!! This is not the place to stop in for lunch and expect the ability to change a diaper. The restrooms do not have any diaper changing stations. Other than this inconvenience, the dining area tables were a disaster and needed to be wiped down. It was a mess. I’m hoping it’s not always like this. Owners: there’s plenty of wall space to add a diaper changing station. Please make it happen.
Disappointed is an understatement. Out of rice, chicken, steak, sour cream, veggies, chips, soda, ice, and many many other items. They didn’t seem to care either because they were closing in 20 minutes. It was tough to watch. It was even tougher to watch them say they were out of back stock rice and then we look in the kitchen and they are dumping a pot of rice in the trash. They didn’t care at all. Speechless and disappointing. Will be hard to come back here.
I love Chipotle but this one is the worst one I have ever been to. I can no longer eat here no matter how much I may be craving it. The only time I can eat Chipotle now since there's not another one in a nearby area is when I go on vacation or a road trip. This place gave me food poisoning over the summer. I've never gotten food poisoning from any other Chipotle. Their food preparation is poor and their service is terrible. I'm surprised they've managed to stay open for as long as they have.
I've been to many Chipotles and this is hands down the most poorly one I've ever been to. The employees are friendly, and I get that there is a staff shortage, so that's why I'm not giving it a 1 star. Theyre closed at random times. They haven't had fajita veggies in months. Every time I go, they're "out" of something different. Usually at least one major protein. Their portions suck because they're struggling to keep up with demand. They really need to decide whether they're going to offer online orders or walk in, because they don't have the staffing and management to handle both.
