Elaine Boggs Realty Group, LLC of Hinesville is a full service one-stop real estate office and has been in business for more than a decade. Elaine Boggs, the Broker and Owner, is a distinguished CRS designee (Certified Residential Specialist) of which there are less than 3% of the more than 1 million REALTORS working today. She has been in the real estate industry for over 27 years and is the spouse of a retired military officer.

Elaine is awesome. I initially contacted her while I was deployed to assist me since I had limited time to find a house and PCS upon redeployment. Elaine gathered info on houses that met my needs immediately. This helped me have a good idea of the house I wanted. Upon redeployment I immediately drove to GA and Elaine catered to my timeline and helped me find the home for me. Elaine provided a wealth of information in the area and within two days I had an offer on the home I wanted. Elaine took care of everything for me since I was geographically too far to reach out to local agencies. Within three weeks I closed on the home and moved in. Elaine was awesome, she went out of her way to ensure I closed on the house I wanted in a condensed timeline!

I highly recommend this realty group! My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Elaine Boggs Realty. Whenever we needed work done on the house, it was easy to call and have a work order placed. They were EXCELLENT at keeping in touch and communicating with us to assure everything was being properly taken care of. Heather was amazing and made our move out so easy and painless. They are fair and willing to work with you. We got our refund back, it's not hard if you follow the move out list they provide you and do what you agreed upon signing the lease. If we ever move back to the area, we will use their services again.

My overall experience here as a military family was the worst. Their professionalism is the cherry on top! Family owned business who feels they can treat folks rudely. They will sell you a pretty picture and cover themselves entirely when something goes wrong. Oh wait, and to add, they’ll have you pay for all repairs even if you didn’t cause them. They failed to notify us that they were on the black list prior to move in (meaning soldiers beware of their funny business). Seriously to ALL MY FELLOW SOLDIERS, I had to file a complaint with them through JAG, for them to be somewhat courteous, but that only lasted until my lease was up. They will take your money please invest your BAH/$$ with reliable and professional Realtors.

Wonderful Realty Group!!! They have assisted me with all my rental needs. Even took the time to email me all necessary documents to keep the home I was interested in while I was out of town. Even throughout the storm they have been keeping me informed and assisting me with my move in. They have truly been a blessing to me and my family and I would recommend them to anyone!!!
