If you are in the Military DO NOT rent from exit realty! 

Over 3 months ago my septic tank overflowed into the tubs, showers, and toilets. This occurred on a Friday after their hours of operation. I attempted to get a hold of the office and even put in an emergency work order to fix this, however nobody responded to this. Knowing it was the septic that was full, I called the septic man to come pump it out. Sure enough the septic tank was full to the brim and the septic man said it probably had not been pumped in over 5 years!!!! (they are supposed to be pumped every 2-3 years. I brought the receipt to their office and they told me my refund would be processed in 2-4 weeks. It is 3 months later and I still have not received that money. Overall they owe me over $500 for the septic tank and the money they took out of my security deposit. 

Do not rent from exit realty, use Ace Real Estate Services instead. They are a bit more pricey but totally worth the money in terms of satisfaction and peace of mind.

While I was in Ranger School, Exit asked if I can move out a little early due to a family in need of my apartment.  No big deal right as a Senior Non-Commission Officer I understand that a Soldier might be in need of a home.  So what do I do clean the place, find someone to clean behind me on spots I missed and clean the carpet twice this year once in February 2017 and April 2017.   I was cleared to leave the apartment and was told to drop off the keys. When I come back from school I realized the family in need of the home was the actual front desk person, then has the nerves to tell me the apartment was not clean and the carpets where dirty.  When I got the apartment it looked horrible, cooking grease everywhere, I had to fix the pluming myself since nobody would ever come out to me but I wasn't expecting Exit to steal from me. Three months later still no pictures of what I damaged or what was dirty and no deposit.  Please do not rent from EXIT.  I am glad 117 Rolland St is under new management.

Called to ask a question about a house I was interested in buying but was told I needed to talk to the actual realtor, she wasn't available at the time so was scheduled a call back. I even got a notification 30 mins prior. I waited all afternoon for the call back in which there never was one. Lost a potential customer already.

The place is by far the worst... They will try there best to keep your deposit specially if you are Military and have PCS to another duty station. Don't rent from them...

I see many reviews for Exit Realty expressing that they are on the Ft. Stewart Off-Limits list.  I have read that list myself and I do not find it there.  I am reading what I believe to be the current list as of July 2016.  If someone can contact me and show me that it is there it would be appreciated.  Otherwise, I want to go on record as saying that I have not found them to be on the list.  This list is a google search away and is not secret information.  I will say that I contacted them regarding seeing one of their properties.  They stated that I could just come get the key and go look at it unsupervised.  I certainly hope the current owner is ok with this practice of letting people in their house unsupervised.  I have nothing bad or good to say about Exit Realty at this time, however, these are my observations of my knowledge and experience of them to this date.
