I went the first day of a big shoe sale. I was the only one there. Too many details....but had the WORST customer service. The lady seemed guineinly angry to wait on me. She even told me I didn't have to bring the shoe I wanted, which is a joke. She never came to me to help. Even brought me a size 7 1/2 when I needed 9. Saying that was the closest. Went to Dayton Mall. That salesperson was amazing.

Went to buy a top from here and placed it on hold while I looked for black khakis/black shoes. Came back - there was a holding ticket on the top and I got it back, but all the service kiosks on the floor wound up being "unavailable" and asked me to go to the Men's Sports department. Despite there not being a sign, no one was at the kiosk. Great!! So next I tried going upstairs and the first kiosk I found, someone volunteered to ring my items up. Guess what - neither of 'em rang up in the system. She was apologetic about it thankfully. Finally, going back downstairs, someone was down there to volunteer to ring up my items. This time, the system finally rang them up and I was FINALLY ready to go. I could understand it being a slow day, but because of the lack of employees at this store and the fact I was everywhere in there looking for a kiosk, it'll be a LONG-ass time before I ever come back to this store again.

Ayanna in the purse department lacks basic customer service skills and is very unprofessional. She was very rude when I approached her regarding a return and then refused to give me her name when asked. I heard her discussing our interaction with another customer as I walked out the door. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
