I like the men's warehouse. Bought a new business suit wardrobe last week. $1k+. Was happy with service and like the products. I also have a few suits I have had for years from the warehouse and they still look great. Also got shoes and a few ties. Thanks!

Rented 2 tuxedos. My grand son could not wear the shoes wrong size. My tux kept falling down to big in waist line. All night long during my daughter's wedding I had to pull my pants up to keep them from falling down. I also could not wear the shoes hurt my feet. Dancing with my wife and daughters very difficult. I WILL NEVER rent from here again. Notified tux's were in wasted time when I went there only my tux was in not my grandchild's had to come back when both were in. Even though he was part of the "wedding party" list.

I wish I could give a zero star! Very bad experience at this location. My children live in the Columbus area and originally spoke with a store in the Cbus region. Due to family being in the Springfield/Enon area we decided to come here. Staff was very rude, refused to honor a known franchise special pricing event and then eventually acted like jerks and as if they were doing us a favor by backpedaling and eventually honoring the sale price. When we picked up the tux, pants were too long, the staff was rude and didn't ensure a correct fit. Please, save yourself a lot of greif and go to another Dayton location!

Poor customer service. 3 out of the 4 of our groomsmen's tuxes were ill fitting or completely wrong. Men's Warehouse did fix the wrong ones. However, 3 of the groomsmen struggled with loose pants at the waist all night. I also had to call repeatedly to locate my now-husband's tux for our wedding and received terse customer service as a response. It is unlikely we will return for any future services.
