Well I never write reviews but this time I am driven to write this review because of all the help and time Shelley and her staff have put into our situation. First of all from my past experiences, most lawyers are not very compassionate, they are like car salesman and about making money and do not really care about you. Shelley and her awesome staff at Elder Law firm are different. They truly care and want to help people with help them their Legal problems and/or bettering financial situations. I felt overwhelmed and didn't know what to do first, she helped so much and took a lot of that burden off me. I feel like they are my friends now and understand all the trials I am going through to help my father. I wish their were more Shelley's around! She is awesome and so is every person who works there! Their prices are more affordable too! I am not sure what I would have done with out her caring and compassionate personality. She is truly god sent. and I will forever be grateful to her and everyone at Elder Law firm, :) I wish I could give them 10 stars!

My wife, Carolin, was very sick for 10 months and passed away in Jan. 2016. During that period Shelley helped me with some will and power of attorney adjustments. After my dear wife's passing, Shelley's office helped me with getting her will through the probate process. Shelley Elder gives lawyers a good name. She was recommended by friends and I have since recommended her to friends. She is very compassionate and is one of those people Lincoln would have referred to as an "Angel of Our Better Nature". I was NOT hired to write a review, not a friend or family, nor an employee. I am a genuine paying client who can without a doubt most highly recommend Elder Law Firm for your estate planning, creating a Trust, a Last Will, and/or other legal documents. Shelley Elder is extraordinary, exceptional, wise and insightful, professionally thorough and top-notch, and she is a remarkable, admirable attorney and woman. Because of my health issues, I need to have my affairs in order--as we all should! I researched numerous local legal firms, interviewed other attorneys, sought advise from numerous people I respect, and attended a workshop on creating a Trust and other related documents. Upon meeting Shelley Elder, and I was promptly impressed by her wonderful demeanor, professionalism, the staff, and her ability to relate to me. She is extremely personable, genuinely pleasant, very accommodating, exudes sincerity, and demonstrated great competence and keen expertise in her field. Despite my fair amount of knowledge and recent research on Trusts and Wills (i.e., workshops, books, articles online, interviews with attorneys and meetings with various legal advisors or council, etc.), Shelley clearly and quickly understood my needs and provided important legal advise that was very helpful, relevant, and insightful. I learned a great deal from her, and she never disappointed! Shelley exhibits notable integrity, compassion, patience, and kindness. Further, her staff was exceptional: ready to help, knowledgeable, very pleasant, accommodating, and professional yet not stuffy or pretentious. All of these important traits led to my decision to entrust Ms. Elder with my numerous critical legal documents. Ms. Elder is approachable, generous with her time and endless contributions to society, and is a delightful, intelligent, talented individual. She always made me feel comfortable and sincerely valued -- not just as a client, but as a person! I did matter; I do matter! Within a week or so she completed my various documents, spent considerable time reviewing every one with me, and enlightened me on numerous legal statements and inclusions that will prove to be immensely helpful to my Trustee, Executor, and beneficiaries. Not only did she consider my needs, Ms. Elder did not neglect the care of my dogs in the future! Now that speaks volumes!! In closing I want to express my 100% satisfaction with my choice to have Elder Law Firm assist me with my legal documents, and that I recommend her most highly. She has my upmost confidence, support, and admiration.
