Our power goes out ALL the time, and always at the worst times (dinner time). It has currently been out for about an hour and there's no way to reach the company outside of business hours. They can't/won't do ebilling, so this is the ONE paper bill that I still get and I have to manually pay. Wish we could switch companies but of course, we have no option.

every time i call in a streetlight being out they get to it within 3 days, sometimes on the same day. There is also never a wait when you call in.

Horrible communication about closing an account and getting a refund. Never sent a final bill, subtracted it from the deposit and then took over 5 weeks (and counting) to get our deposit

They will still send you an actual bill instead of an email or other online reminder. It is very inconvenient for people who travel and are not able to get their mail on a regular basis. They do have an online bill pay area but even after calling customer service, where they reset my password, I am still unable to login. Of course, they don't care about customer service as I have no choice but to use them because of where I live.
