Unexpected haircut,could of been better

I had a great experience. It was a Saturday night around 7:30pm, everyone else was closed, I saw they were open as I passed by. I called and asked how much for a hair cut. I read the previous reviews while waiting for my turn. I got a little nervous but then I saw the cross above the front door. It was a relaxed atmosphere. I didn't speak Spanish but the manager was able to translate how I'd like my hair cut to the stylist. She did a perfect job. Tipped $7....50%. The managers final goodbye to me was "Thank you Mr. David". I will definitely be back.

Asked for a trim and layers.... when it was done the left side was chopped like a shelf in the front and the back was uneven had to go to great clips to have them fix it and even they had a hard time trying to fix it without having to chop my hair off that Ive been trying to grow for over a year this place is not even worth 1 star they cant even accomplish a simple trim and layering

I don't know If these people are just uneducated about how fundamental customer service is to a business or they're just rude. Nobody acknowledges you upon walking in. You simply sign your name in and hope for the best. While getting a haircut employees take time to check their phones and text. Extremely unprofessional. I guess their cheap prices make up for the terrible service. As for me I will not be going back.
