Had a shellac manicure.  I would rate it above average but have had better.  My concern was that it (at least the station I was at) wasn't as sanitary as it should be.  The technician appeared to be in a hurry.   Shavings from other manicures were on the table/towel.  It was a real turnoff. Considering it was higher priced than most places I have been, I probably wouldn't return.

Today was my first experience at Minabella, and it was fantastic! Mina helped me out today, and she did a beautiful job! She explained to me the different options I had to get my nails looking the way I wanted, and helped me pick the most practical option that would last the longest considering my profession and lifestyle. She was so nice and professional - I'll definitely be visiting her again! I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

I started the day with a message that was a few minutes late, not the biggest issue. Honestly a non issue. When I had booked the appointment for my spa day I requested a pregnancy table as I am nearing 8 months pregnant currently. They did not have one for me. They only had one pregnancy table and it was currently in use. Maybe they should have scheduled accordingly, for two pregnant women. The message therapist was good and polite. It is now time for facial, they were not aware I was even getting one. I booked the mini get away. When I go into the room she is still setting up. She turned on the steamer but turned it off after 5 minutes. She did a quick facial message and then proceeded to put a cucumber mask over the facial oil without cleaning it off. Then she leaves the room while I'm in my mask, comes back after about 10 minutes. She cleans the mask off. She then attempted to apply an acne treatment on my skin. She starts by trying to apply salicylic acid (there have been multiple studies showing salicylic acid is unsafe during pregnancy and could cause birth defects) she didn't know what was in her products, she didn't know her products at all. When applying something to the skin, your largest organ don't you think you should know what you are applying on a customer face? Instead she applied a light layer of facial sunscreen. The whole thing lasted about 25 minutes of an hour facial. 
My manicure and pedicure were great, super friendly and did an awesome job on my nails, first and only enjoyable part was near the end of my visit. When it was time to check out at the desk, I was talking to the assistant manager when I told her the problems I had up until that point. Once I started talking to the assistant manager the problems only continued. The owner was sitting roughly 15 feet away clearly hearing our exchange, the assistant manager kept going back and forth from me to the owner seeking guidance. They charged me for half of my facial as i got half of a really poor facial. Instead of interjecting the owner didn't try to resolve the issue at all. They attempted to make me look like a crazy person by saying I was in the room for the whole hour getting my facial. I have texts during the whole visit, between my treatments I was texting the friend that was with me. 
I certainly will never be back or recommend that any of my friends go there either, I have more gift cards for this place but I will gladly take a loss on them just to save my skin.

I decided to try Minabella due to its good reviews.  However I was not very happy with my experience.  I booked my appointment for 3 pedicures online in advance.  We chose the high-end pedicures as we were celebrating my daughter's 19th birthday.  First, I did not feel welcomed upon entering the spa after my daughter and her friend had already entered.  No one said a word to me.  We waited for a brief time and were taken to a semi-private room for our pedicures which I thought was very nice.  We had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes before anyone even came back in the room.  My daughter's water was too hot, she couldn't even soak her feet while we waited.  Eventually 2 employees entered the room and began the pedicures on my daughter and her friend.  It was at least another 20-30 minutes before anyone came in to start mine.  At that point I was rather upset due to fact that we would be done at different times.  I felt like my pedicure was rather rushed as I quickly caught up with where the other 2 were in the process.  Then as part of the pedicure we were supposed to get a wax treatment however they ran out and I did not get one.  To make up for this I was to receive a design on my toes for free (a $5 value).  In the end my pedicure was done before the other 2.  These were $50 pedicures that were supposed to last an hour.  And the $5 design did not make up for the shortened pedicure, waiting, and not getting the full treatment.  I believe that they should have done much more to make up for the lacking service and treatment but they did not seem to care.  Staff was not very friendly or talkative and did not feel like a valued customer at all.  I will never go back to this spa nor recommend it.

Got a couples massage.  My husband got a great massage.  I got the worst massage of my life from Gabe. Never asked what I wanted massaged. Rubbed over the  blanket.  Never got half  my body.  My husband got a full body massage plus extra time on his back and neck. When I complained the girl at the desk just looked at me no reply.
