Everything about Elements is wonderful - from the ambiance to the receptionists! Clean, smells so wonderful and the therapists are all great (at least the 3 from whom I have had massages). Such a pleasure and I look forward to my monthly massage so much!

Mary Beth was incredible! I came in with a sprained shoulder and I was nervous that massage might make it worse, but she worked with me and was very patient and gentle. the next day my shoulder felt so much better! (still not 100% as massage won't instantly heal everything, but all of the pain around it from straining other muscles to compensate was gone and I felt a lot better overall!) Thank you!

Everyone very friendly, very clean and relaxing. Loved my therapist. Joined wellness program so looking forward to regular visits to manage stress!

I was fortunate enough to go for my first ever massage here. It was incredible. My masseuse, Clare, was great. She made a banged up old body feel close to new again. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and this coming from someone who doesn't relax easily. I will be going again in a month; I'm hooked!
