I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis with surgery as the option to regain mobility. Then I discovered that massage therapy could help my condition.
Someone recommended Mantra Wellness. After a number of sessions I regained a good portion of my mobility. 
Thanks to Shannon I can walk so much better. 
So glad I discovered Mantra Wellness.
