This group has some incredibly shady business practices. We were told by the team at the Round Rock location on Louis Henna that we could cancel our memberships at any location. When we got to our new city, we were told that we had to cancel with the clinic. When we called the clinic, we were told we had to cancel in person, which was not feasible. We requested a cancellation multiple times, only to be charged again the next month. Do not do business with these people. If you must get your massage from here, sign up at a different clinic that respects its clientele and works with them to solve any situation.

I have been going to Element in Pflugerville for several months. A friend gave me a gift certificate and I happened to get Mark as my therapist. I have requested him each time and have not been disappointed. He applies the correct pressure and always takes care of whatever is hurting at the time. I love being able to set appointments online and requested Mark.

Marley was incredible and very professional. I would recommend her to everyone. Ive had many professional massages and hers was one of the best. I will return and definetly request her again. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the push for services when I was leaving. Both employees at front desk tried to sell me on different things; as I still have creases on my face from the head rest and am trying to stay relaxed from my great massage. I was not wanting to listen to 2 people give me a speech about why I need to buy more. My 2 suggestions would be to talk about other specials or memberships before the massage and also to get some sort of breast pillow (it can be quite uncomfortable for me at times. Marley raised the head rest which helped some).
