Initially wrote a 4 star review appreciating the location and service as I was getting a pedicure but that changed to a 1 star review afterwards.  The lady who was ringing me up was extremely rude after I didn't leave the type of tip she wanted. I am a student, was between paychecks, & I paid for my sister's service as well but I should not feel the need to explain myself...
She pretty much told us to go outside to wait for our ride after our service. I returned a day later and was treated very poorly again. My sister's nail had been put on crooked and chipped so I wanted it to get fixed since her nails were done for a special occasion. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place until they get better customer service & stop harassing their customers for large tips.

I came here today. I’ll start with the positive. The place is beautiful and it has an upscale vibe. Love the garden and decor inside as well. The staff is very sweet. The problem is the quality of work you get is POOR. A 10 year old could have painted my toes better. Toes were outright SLOPPY. And my finger nails were extremely clumpy, they’re embarrassing. I’ll probably have to go somewhere else and get them redone tomorrow. All in all, I won’t be back, ever. It was a complete waste of money! The ladies there are very nice and I left them a tip regardless of how unhappy I am with the service. Lesson learned.

My experience was amazing!! I was late arriving (almost closing time) and they stayed to take care of me. They were very welcoming and my nails turned out beautiful!!  I told them I would come back the next day if I needed so they wouldn’t be so rushed and they insisted I stay and did an amazing job!! The place was so peaceful and relaxing! The peacocks made a gorgeous view while getting a pedicure! All around great and relaxing experience!!  Can’t wait to visit them again!!

Beautiful decor, from the garden outside to the piano inside. Super easy to get appointments and you never have to wait for too long. I got the lashes and the technician was super nice, the only downside was that it didn’t look like I got a full set as advertised, but I bought them with a groupon, went for a refill and once again not a full set. I haven’t do my nails there yet.

By far the best, most professional Salon experience I have ever had!!!! Not only is the staff educated in their individual skill set, they are friendly and very welcoming! Many opportunities were seized for others to learn. I made a last minute appointment for my lashes with Kimberly and WOW!!! Her skills and professionalism blew me away. She was kind, soft spoken, and now she's my go to Lash Stylist! All other employees / Manager were AMAZING ♡♡♡♡♡♡ 
Thank you Enso Nails & Spa for an AMAZING experience from beginning to end!!! Highly favored and Highly recommended!
