Here on our honeymoon, receptionist at our hotel recommended this place. It is absolutely fantastic! Food is amazing , staff is very nice and also informational about the area, our waitress was great! View is awesome (we had a window seat) the one bar tender even made me a drink that wasn't on the drink menu. I def recommend this  restaurant

Our waitress was great, but for the price you pay, the portions are tiny! It was my wife's and i's honeymoon. Chose this place because of the view, which was great. But that's it. For a restaurant that boasts it's chef, the food didn't taste overly good especially for the price you pay. I won't be going again.

Great service, but I have to agree with those who say the price was steep for the quality of food. I expected high price, but not bad food. Maybe go here for a dessert if you'd like the experience of having a window overlooking the falls.

Let's face it, this place is at the end/beginning of the bus line, in the building of two major attractions, and has a fabulous view of the falls, so you can not fault them for being busy. I made a reservation while on the bus through Open Table for about 20 minutes later, and when I got there, I was able to get a table before others who had walked in, but then the hostess asked if I wanted to wait for a table by the window. Well, duh, of course I did. LOL. I waited an additional 20 minutes, but the hostess kept checking on me, and I did not mind at all. The window was fabulous, our waitress was fabulous, and the food was good. Very fresh and different from the run of the mill chain food. The waitress said that they get everything local. The prices seemed more than reasonable in comparison of the other places we ate in the area, but they were definitely, touristy high. I would pick this place again and not think twice. Be patient people, it is a vacation, and a high tourist place with tons of people, and this place moves them in and out with great service and efficiency.

We first went there for lunch time. Our waitress was really lovely and we had such a good service. My boyfriend and I are vegan and she told us every options. We both had the vegetarian burger but in a wrap since the buns aren't vegan. It was really delicious. The only decent meal we were able to find in 3 days at Niagara Falls. However, we went back for dinner and the menu is different. The lady at the front told us the chef could do something for us, but the waitress we got that time was of no help, so we had to leave since they didn't have anything we could eat unless you took things off of some meals, but then you pay a really pricey meal for not much in it...
Would have given it a 5 stars if I would have only experience the lunch time, but the dinner service was disappointing.
However, the food is really good for the price. Best meal I could find from all the restaurants I've tried at Niagara Falls. They have a lot of drinks options. I was really happy to be able to drink some cider. And the view is really nice.
