Absolutely love The Elephant's Trunk and their staff - they aim to please. I have been purchasing formal wear from this Venue for several decades, as have members of my family.  The owners are the nicest people - same with the staff.  Their merchandise is beautiful, incredibly well priced, and they have the best seamstress/tailor.  I recently purchased another fabulous gown, as did my sister, and Luba did an absolutely incredible job with all the alterations.  Since time was of the essence factor, She rearranged her schedule in an effort to accommodate us.  You will not be disappointed, and I highly recommend this Venue!

My wife and I would like to thank you for making us look and feel fantabulous! We attended the 2017 Grammy Awards and were complimented left and right about our clothing!  There is nowhere else we would ever go for formal wear. Elephants Trunk is the best!  Thanks again!  RM

Very nice workers and great selection of formal attire. The coupon method is a little cheesy though.

I was fitted for a tuxedo taking place out-of-state. Even though I was only there for measurements, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was guided by two people, both of whom took their time and were extremely detailed and thorough. I highly recommend this store based on my experience.

I want to thank Rafael and the Elephant Trunk for an amazing experience choosing a tuxedo for my daughter's wedding.  The attention to detail and quality to make sure I was fitted with the right tuxedo shows the world-class level of customer service.  My wife has been a customer of the Elephant Trunk, and now so am I.  As a business person, I understand the value of one-on-one customer service.  It's all about the experience!
