Worst I've ever been too. I was a partner with Starbucks for 4 years and I would never have my store run like this. I go in using the app and have to wait for about 10 min for someone to grab my drink. My tea lid was not even on all the way and spilled all over my leg and arm. My gf comes in and has to wait and her drink always spills on her. My coffee is never made correctly. The floors are sticky and the bar is disgusting. Very disappointed on this store

Like always Starbucks in the world I think, I mostly it's busy. But every time I've been the service was fast and friendly. It's near the train station that can take you to NYC. And in general it's a nice area with a lot of restaurants and a few stores you can shop...

Enjoyed a sunny Sunday afternoon there. Friendly staffs. key code locked bathrooms (also need attention). It located on a busy Mt. Kisco downtown street.

i go here all the time and everyone there is so nice, they know my name, and remember my drink order and always give me a cheerful hello
