Could not have found a better shop in Rhode Island to work on my car as well as cars for my family. Bobby and the rest of the crew at Elite always took amazing care of our vehicles and treated us like family. Will always recommend Elite for anyone looking for quality work and service!

Great service my girlfriend had work done on her BMW X5 and when my starter in my Hyundai Sonata went they got me right in and fixed it the same day. They were even nice enough to give us a ride to a friends while we waited for the cars to be fixed. Would definitely recommend for good honest service.

Called once to get a quote, got put on hold immediately then the call hung up. Called back after and they told me quotes were only done by appointment then he HUNG UP TOO! at least ask if I want to make an appointment ! Why do you have a phone if you're going to treat callers like that ??

Amazing how organized and competitive Elite is. I have been going there for years and find the service above and beyond local dealers. Even now with a brand new Mazda I find myself going back to Elite as the service is more responsive to my needs.

Fantastic service! First of all every single person I spoke to, smiled, and listened to what I had to say. Their customer services trainer is outstanding. 

Second the work done to my car was exactly what I needed, no more and no less at a very affordable rate. I came in to have the handle replaced on my Sequoia's back hatch. The dealership down the street wanted $800 to take apart the door and fix it. Elite did it for $250 and in less time. 

I am a customer for life!
