I had my windows tinted here and they did an outstanding job. My car looks like a whole new video. I opted to upgrade the tint on the sunroof to an infrared protectant film and just from that small piece of glass alone I can feel a difference. I'll be back soon to have them put the infrared film on my windshield. I'm glad I came to get my windows tinted here since they offer a full lifetime warranty(that will even cover fading during the life of the car) and I wasn't bombarded with a whole bunch of extra fees that I've heard other shops do. I recommend this shop over any others.

Joel Martin and Andrew Hunter were very articulate about the system for our boat, they were very accurate about what and when, and they were extremely fair on their charges! Andrew kept saying how much we would love our system and he was RIGHT! They took great care of our boat and us!! I would do it again and I would highly recommend Elite Auto (Boat) Sounds of New Braunfels!

The guys are great they helped me out of a jam with my work truck's inverter on the spot. They jumped in and got me dialed back in all the while in the middle of other jobs.  Thanks again.

Great experience with Elite; Friendly, Knowledgeable and very Professional. They replaced my Tundra factory radio with a new upgraded Double Din Pioneer Radio system with backup camera and hard wire my radar detector- very cool! High quality work and very helpful staff. Joel helped me out with this new system and I really like the look and sound! I will be back for more upgrades to my truck. I would recommend them to ALL!

My husband had his stereo system installed here. After seeing and hearing his system, of course I had to get one installed in my vehicle as well. Along with the new radio head, they installed a remote start and alarm in my vehicle. I absolutely LOVE my new stereo. It's awesome!!!! It has a navigation system, ability to play DVD's (which is awesome when having to wait in the line for over an hour to pick up our son from school... it entertains our toddler), Sirius radio, Bluetooth that picks up my phone automatically starts to play music from my phone. Oh, and I have a remote control that goes to it! How cool is that, right?!?! On to my alarm... I have a key fob that lets me know when my doors are secure or not. I absolutely love the fact that I have an alarm now especially after never having one. I can't forget about my remote start!! Thank goodness for this invention!!! Everyone in Texas knows how hot is gets in the summer! Being able to start my car for 15 minutes from my key fob for it to cool off before getting in is awesome! It's going to be awesome being able to heat the car during the winter time as well. 

I could go on and on about every detail and what I love about the work that was done to my car but I'm not. Just know Joel and his team are very professional and knowledgeable at their expertise. This shop has something a lot of shops don't and that's integrity! They will not try to overcharge or take advantage of their customers and I love that! They definitely aim to please each and every one of their customers. I've gone to the shop a few times for various things and each and every time I've gone, EVERYONE I've come into contact with has been sooooo nice, making me feel so comfortable... almost like a felling of being part of their family. I would totally recommend anyone take their vehicle here to get their stereo system, tint, alarms (and they also install those breath things for people with dui's) done. You will not be disappointed!!!
