The pricing is appropriate for Boca Raton. The quality of the dry cleaning is amazing, 
compared to the cleaners I previously used.    
   
     Normally I'd take my clothes to a discount dry cleaners,  but after paying a bit more for the service at Elite Cleaners, seeing how much better my clothes look, Now I realize that you get what you pay for, concerning quality dry cleaning.

Absolutely fantastic service! If I could give more stars I would! First I called them after realizing I had an important event on THE SAME DAY! Crazy right!?? Well the owner and very talented alteration lady pulled together and were able to help me out all with in 2 hours! All I know is that I have a new dry cleaners and alteration place!

Called to question my high bill and was screamed at by the owner. My co worker heard and was appalled as was I. She literally had me hysterically crying in tears. Good dry cleaning and convenient services, but the most awful and rudest customer service. I felt so disrespected. I hope she can apologize for treating a valued customer so horribly. Clients like myself are her bread and butter. In this economy, with all the competition, I will gladly take my business elsewhere if she doesn't apologize or explain my enormous bill.

The woman (I presume the owner) is absolutely horrible! She has no manners and is verbally abusive. I would never go to this place for business. No stars!
