Terrible service!  Don’t waste your money.  They destroyed my pants and didn’t even provide an explanation.  Poor quality and zero customer service skills.  It’s amazing they can stay in business.

Ko cleaners is the best!! Mr. Ko is extremely courteous and always does an excellent job! Love his wife as well, they're always friendly and very consistent! They do a phenomenal job with all of my clothes!

They have messed up my dress and pants !!! 
When we came to pick up my cloths the dress was ready and the bottom of it was ruind !!! When we asked where were the pants the answer was " they are not ready, come tomorrow". The next day pants were ready and done the wrong way, we took them home (i will have to come up with something, and pray the dont fall apart). They also "fixed" dress, but when I tried it on, it was the wrong length. They said "Come next week, there are holidays coming and I have a lot to do." I needed the dress for holiday
 and was said that MAYBE it will be done on the end of the week !!! Thank you for messing up my cloths ! And they didn't eve do any discount for that ! Thank you!
