I had an appt today 10/25/17 at 12:30pm I wasn't called back until 2:30pm. When I asked was the wait normally that long I was told no & that I should have been back there an hour ago. No apology just that I should have been back there an hour ago. Then I was asked if I had medical insurance when I gave my insurance card and ID to one of the receptionists when I first signed in. That was the last straw for me. I wanted to curse everyone and their momma out but there were children in the room. I was so upset I felt as though I would bite the dentist if he were to put his finger in my mouth. I walked out and then called the office to speak to a manger. Still wasn't satisfied. Unless u have time to kill do not go here.

I have not had one(1), Bad experience with are at elite dental. The Dentist are great. Good follow up. Always call to give you a reminder of your upcoming visits there. Nice office up 52ND St. The Receptionists are also nice people and friendly.

This office was very professional and helpful. I called for an appointment and received one for the next day. My wait time was only twenty minutes. Everything was done during the appointment even referred for additional help. Also the dentist was OUTSTANDING!!!

Never will I ever step foot in this office again. I came in for tooth pain, received an xray and was told nothing was wrong. The pain kept going so I went to see another dentist who determined I needed a root canal. This office is completely uneducated and needs to seriously close down.

I had an appt on 10/16/2017 for myself (Lori.Miller) and my 3 children it was an awesome experience we were in and out within 2 hours for 4 people and the staff was excellent I can't remember the Dr's name we had 3 different ones it was a great visit I will be back thank you guys for everything!!!! And the front desknstaff and dental assistants were great as well!!!
