Siding installation job. Good product. Installation was well done by the contract crew that showed up. But... service and wrap-up not quite 5 stars. There was no final inspection of any kind, as far as I can tell. The installation crew disappeared on the last few days, leaving one poor fellow to complain to me that "the office" left him with no people and not enough material. The gutters (existing installation they had to work around) needed a couple of repairs - which Elite would not claim responsibility for. Okay. Fine. So, I hired another company to come and fix the gutters. The gutter fix company asked if I had a couple of leftover pieces of siding they needed to complete the fixes. I didn't, so I asked Elite. Elite insisted on charging for us a couple pieces of siding. Wow. Nothing contractually or legally wrong with any of that; I just feel a bit cold.

Had the best experience with Elite Exteriors!  The General Manager went out of his way to make sure the job was done on time and to our satisfaction.  Would highly recommend!!

First and foremost as a customer you want exceptional service, this is what you get with Elite Exteriors. My wife and I both work, we couldn't make it to their showroom during normal hours, so they stayed open late just for us. They then followed this action up by accommodating us on a Sunday. There Hayfield windows are an excellent product and Rich (the owner) is very straight forward. He gave us all the information we wanted, never attempted to upsell us, and most importantly helped give us things to think about towards the future. We got our installation completed today (3-14-16) and the crew was stellar. They were personable, explained everything they were doing, and even accommodated a last minute change. Elite Exteriors has won my business with excellent customer service, stellar workmanship and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time tornado victim here and first time having to use my home insurance. Elite Exteriors is not an USAA recommended company no matter what they tell you. The only one recommended by USAA in Omaha area is Paul Davis. Good luck trying to get Elite to call you back  unless it is to collect payment. For that, they call every week. Good first response after tornado ripped part of my home. Charged three times the cost of an emergency visit during the tornado recovery. Did a substandard work covering  a window and a hole in the wall the first time, I had water leaking back into the house and got a "let me see what I can do" text from Bob, one of their sales rep. Because I was getting nowhere with Bob, I call their main office. After that call, Bob sends a lengthy message with "how dare you call the office...". He did find a new a/c unit rather quickly for me but it became a bargaining chip when he would not answer texts after my home was getting water damaged due to the hail storm (a week after the tornado and after he cashed my payment for the emergency home repairs). Elite sent a crew a second time after my call to them (Bob is upset so no longer replies). The person in charge of the crew said the owner was going to call me...two months later, I'm still awaiting for the call. The second crew did a good job fixing the problem. No issues with the crew. I then called the office to informed them I was going to use a different contractor. They tried to make me believe I was under contract with them for the final repairs which was no true.  The main problem is management, sales, and phone operators. The field crew are respectful and good at their job. Maybe if you have another sales rep you'll have better luck.

I received Ray's name at Elite Exteriors through a friend following the Summer hail storm of 2017.  Ray came to the house quickly after my call, and walked me through the entire process.  Ray met with the Insurance Adjustor on my behalf, and made sure the Adjustor included all necessary costs in the estimate. I really appreciated having someone knowledgable with the process taking care of the insurance work.  The crew that replaced the roof was courteous of the property and cleaned up after themselves, and the crew that replaced the gutters/downspouts made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
