We have used Elite Financial several times over the years, but our most recent experience with Mike has surpassed them all. We needed to refinance, and then add a Home Equity loan as well, and Mike has gotten us through again. Nobody wants to deal with all the paperwork involved with this process, even though we have excellent credit. The constant demand for more documents makes the loan process a full time job. Mike handled all the problems, never let me worry a single moment, and kept us on track. We highly recommend having a full time person on your side through the complicated process. He was my hero. We will definitely use Elite Financial every time.

Mike Kagan was able to obtain a better loan for me than my own bank. I cannot tell you how happy I made the call. He gave me choices and alternative ways to go with my financing and my own bank gave me two choices. I got a better loan with a lower mortgage rate and lower payments. Thank you, Mike.

From the very start, Mike was always there to help us with whatever we needed. It took us about two years to find a house and Mike was always ready to provide the documentation and support for us to make offers. Once we found a place, he jumped into action and got everything done for us efficiently, effectively and was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Mike Kagan and his team at Elite Financial have been able to go above and beyond my high expectations, which in the frustrating world of home loans and refinancing, is hard to do. Whether its going over closing documents line by line to verify every cost, or writing a letter of support to a wary seller of my ability to get a loan, they have rekindled my belief in the hard work ethic and pride of the small business owner. When Mr. Kagan said he was going to do something, it got done. When he said the cost is going to be X, the cost was X, not a dollar more. The Team is great. Always call back and responded to me the whole way through. It was a 100% better communication than the first company I worked with years ago who gave me a bad experience when I got my loan. This application was smooth and they actually knew what they were talking about. Thanks guys.
