We were looking for a good deal on a dining set..and when we were shopping around we ran into this great and friendly atmospheric place which helped us get the best deal on this beautiful dining set my family and i were looking for. Anyway i could write a whole paragraph of good things to say about this place but i will stop here..ask for Jesse he will make you feel right at home.

I purchased a bar height kitchen table from Elite Furniture. Aside from an unbeatable price(I looked everywhere for this type of table, within a price point I could afford) the customer experience was second to none. 

Alexander, the associate who helped us, was attentive, respectful and the epitome of professional. He covered all his bases and was very thorough about inspecting our 'soon to be purchase', which made me feel really comfortable about buying from a non-name brand store.  My previous experience with other furniture stores were extremely unpleasant, often putting me on edge. Everywhere I went, I felt like I was just a means to a sales quota, with a pressure to just buy. Alexander gave us the information we needed and then the space to make our own buying decisions. 

When we realized the table wouldn't fit in our car, Elite offered to deliver it with a relatively small fee. Due to my own time restrictions, I was unable to be present at home for Elite's delivery truck. Alexander accommodated us by following us home in his own vehicle that very moment.

I firmly believe that if you know better, you should always do better. This business knows what they're doing and they clearly aim to please. I'm happy to be able to share my experience out of appreciation for their kindness during what could have been an otherwise unpleasant, costly experience.
