My mom had originally used this company to reinforce and refinish a shower pan in the guest bathroom a few years ago. My family and I moved in with my mom and used the guest bathroom regularly and noticed it started cracking because the pan had not been properly reinforced. We were happy to see the work was still under warranty , and after some some initial pushback and a few emails back and forth , this company eventually honored the warranty and did a great job repairing and reinforcing the shower pan . I had to subtract a star because communication was not as responsive as I would've wished , and there were some minor issues with punctuality , but in the end they still ended up doing a great, professional job thankfully.

This company is great, I’ve used them 2 times and have no complaints whatsoever. They use Safe environment chemicals and that’s why I chose them. Recommend 100%

I had my tub refinished by 3in1 several years ago. I recently called them to repair a few spots. The first time I called I was told someone would call me back to schedule . No one called back. Several weeks later I called again. This time I was asked to send pictures of the areas I wanted repaired. I sent pics and they sent me back a document to review and sign. It was for a complete refinish for over $1200. I reminded the assistant I did not need a refurbish and asked for a new estimate. She stated that the color probably would not match and there would be no warranty. I said ok and scheduled. I confirmed I had an appointment a few days before and again the day before only to be told the day of that she had not actually scheduled me. Oh bother I was mad. I will go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE .. WE HAD A KITCHEN AND BATHROOM RESURFISED AND HAD A SO CALLED WARRENTY THEY DID THEY WORK IN OCTOBER AND WE NOTICED A PEEL IN THE KITCHEN SHAUNA TATUM( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) SAID TAKE A PICTURE BACK IN DEC WE DID SENT TO HER NEXT DAY A GUY UNEXPECITLY SHOWED UP AT THE DOOR WITH WHITE PAINT WRONG COLOR ON KITCHEN THEN WE RESCHEDULED FOR FEB 4 NEVER SHOWED UP CALLED NO APPOINTMENT ON BOOKS... THEN SENT MORE PICTURES OF PEELING PAINT ON KITCHEN AND THEN SHAUNA SENDS ME A BILL TO FIX FOR 250.00 HUHHHHH ITS UNDER WARRANTY ....... WILL NOT FIX THE PEEL ... HORRIBLE BUSSINESS PEOPLE AND DO NOT STAND BUY THERE WARRANTY ... I AM HAVING TO FILE BBB COMPLAINT AND HAVE HAD TO PUT REVIEWS ON YELP AND GOOGLE ... ALL I WANT IS MY KITCHEN TO BE FIXED PROPERLY UNDER THE WARRANTY THEY GAVE ME..... NEXT CHARGE BACK ON CREDIT CARD

Had my bathtub redone, peeled off after less than a month. They came back and refinished it again, a few months later, peeled off again. Took some pictures and sent it to them, an inspector came and looked into it, received a phone call from Shawna, very rude informing me that the peeling is not covered by warranty. I guess it peeled by itself. Will never go back to this Company and will tell everybody during our monthly HOA meeting to never go with this company!!!! If there is a negative star I would have clicked it a million times!
