Another fantastic experience at Elite Hair Lounge and I was super happy with how healthy my hair is after having a treatment, trim and silk press. Outstanding customer service from Lenole and Trisha. They were both so lovely, polite, friendly, professional and took so much care with handling my hair and a real credit to the Elite Hair Lounge team! Lauryn was enthusiastic about doing my hair and gave great maintenance tips throughout the process. She truly valued my opinion regarding my hairstyle and I ended up trying a curly finish for the first time, which really brought out the hair colour! My stylist was Lauryn. She has great customer service, is very attentive and professional.  She asked me a few introductory questions about my hair, and used her judgement to suggest a treatment for me. That treatment made my hair so glossy and hydrated.  The salon itself was clean and the facilities were modern. The staff were also friendly.  Overall a positive experience, I will definitely be visiting again.Services:&nbsp;Blowouts

This is my second time visiting Elite. I brought my daughter for her first experience with a hairdresser. Due to a system glitch, they were overbooked. However, I sat and watched as every person that came in and sat in a chair was treated like the first. No one person or head of hair was rushed, strand and head were taken care of. It was brilliant! and I am so glad my daughter had such a great experience and she loves her hair. I had my best experience yet at Elite with the lovely Lenole. She was so gentle with my hair and expertly avoided touching my scalp during the relaxer service. Great trim too.
