As a long time runner, I found myself needing treatment for a leg injury that did not go away with just taking 'a couple days off'. Aside from my family doctor taking an x-ray which revealed nothing I was unsure where to turn for help. Fortunately, I was steered in the right direction and landed in the capable hands of Danny Singles, DPT. As a runner himself, Danny really got me! He knew how important being able to get out there and run was to my mental health as well as physical. Not only that, but Danny's in depth knowledge of body mechanics, most up to date treatment modalities and overall passion for what he does, shone through in each session. I am now back to running three times a week and pain free to boot. Hopefully I won't have any more issues, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Elite!!

I'm a mom of two little ones and had a shoulder impingement from lifting and daily tasks. Danny got my mobility back and pain away with just a couple of sessions and a full recovery with an exercise plan to keep future injuries away over the course of a few months.  I am so grateful for his help along with the rest of the staff that made pt friendly and fun!

This was my first experience with physical therapy and I've become a total evangelist. I had developed some persistent hip pain while training for my first Broad Street Run and Danny came highly recommended by one of the coaches at Unite Fitness. Danny really takes the time to get to know your body, habits, and goals during the first session, and he does a really great job of explaining how things work and why. That's a biggie for me - I'm 1000% more likely to follow through on an instruction if I "get it". 

I started seeing a difference in my hip mobility right away and even learned that knee pain I previously thought was arthritis was actually a fully treatable issue of muscle tightness! Who knew? We recently completed our regular sessions at Danny's suggestion based on my progress, so you can trust him to be straight with you. I can definitely say I won't go anywhere else so long as Danny's still practicing locally.
